Incorrect selection of the equipment
by the customer can be ruled out,
since the valve is only available with
the factory setting (overpressure 500
mm H2O, negative pressure – 50 mm
H2O). (VDI 3673 - DIN 4119)
In any case, the user must take care
to ensure that the pressure setting
made by the VCP valve manufactur-
er corresponds to the maximum pres-
sure tolerated by the silo.
Otherwise, the user will have to mod-
ify the setting and make the value
correspond to the maximum tolerable
pressure for the case concerned,
using the suitable springs kits accord-
ing to the Tables and the procedures
given below. In any case, the manu-
facturer shall not be responsible for
any faults or damage that may result
from incorrect use or incorrect choice
of the valve.
Installation of the springs kit makes
it possible to bring the pressure limit-
er valve value within the activation
range, i.e. between 200 mm H2O and
1000 mm H2O for overpressure and
between 30 mm H2O and 130 mm
H2O for negative pressure.
In order to preserve the container
(silo, hopper, etc..) the manufac-
turer recommends operation with-
in the maximum setting threshold
of 500 mm H2O in overpressure
and 50 mm H2O in negative pres-
sure.
NOTE: The overpressure or negative
pressure values indicated on the rat-
ing plate respect the constructional
tolerances; it is therefore right to ex-
pect a tolerance on the value up to a
maximum percentage of 15% of the
values given (DIN 2095).

Die Wahl der falschen Ausrüstung sei-
tens des Kunden ist auszuschließen,
weil das Ventil ausschließlich mit der
werksmäßigen Einstellung geliefert wird
(Überdruck 500 mm H
O, Unterdruck –

Der Anwender muss auf jeden Fall sorg-
fältig prüfen, dass der Druck, der vom
Hersteller des Ventils Typ VCP einge-
stellt worden ist, dem höchstzulässi-
gen Druck des Silos entspricht.
Andernfalls muss der Anwender die
Einstellung ändern und den Einstelldruck
auf den W ert des höchstzulässigen
Drucks bringen, der jeweils vorliegt.
Dazu sind die angemessenen Feder-
sätze laut der Tabellen zu benutzen und
man muss die dort beschriebenen Ver-
fahren beachten. Auf keinen Fall darf
dem Hersteller bei Störungen und Schä-
den irgendeine Haftung zugeschrieben
werden, die sich infolge einer falschen
Benutzung oder einer falschen Wahl
des Ventils ereignen sollten.
Die Installation des Federsatzes ge-
stattet es auf jeden Fall, innerhalb des
Ansprechbereichs der Druckbegren-
zungsventile zu gelangen, der für den
Überdruck zwischen 200 mm H
1000 mm H
O und für den Unterdruck

zwischen 30 mm H
O und 130 mm H
2
liegen.
Um den Behälter (Silo, Trichter etc.)
zu schützen, empfiehlt der Herstel-
ler, die höchste Einstellschwelle von
500 mm H
O beim Überdruck und

von 50 mm H
O beim Unterdruck
2
nicht zu überschreiten.
Anm.: Die Werte des Überdrucks oder
des Unterdrucks, die auf dem Schild
angegeben sind, unterlegen den bau-
lich bedingten Toleranzen. Es ist daher
zulässig, sich eine Toleranz von dem
Wert zu erwarten, der bei einem max.
Prozentwert von 15 % der angegebe-
nen Werte liegt (DIN 2095).

Aby byl ochráněn zásobník sila,
doporučuje výrobce pracovat
na

Pozn, Hodnoty přetlaku a podtlaku
jsou závisle na výrobní toleranci. Je
pr oto možné, že budou hodnoty

hodnoty uvedené v tabulce. (DIN
2095).

L'utilizzatore dovrà comunque aver
cura di verificare se la pressione, cui
è stata tarata dalla ditta produttrice la
valvola tipo VCP, corrisponde alla
massima pressione tollerata dal silo.
In caso contrario l'utilizzatore dovrà
tak,

modificare la taratura e farla corri-
spondere alla pressione massima tol-
lerabile del caso specifico, utilizzan-
do gli opportuni kit di molle secondo

le tabelle e le procedure di seguito
riportate. In ogni caso nessuna re-

e danni che dovessero verificarsi a

L'installazione dei kit di molle permet-

Al fine di preservare il contenitore
(silo, tramoggia, ecc..) la casa co-
struttrice consiglia di non supe-
rare la massima soglia di settag-

sione.
N.B.: I valori di sovrappressione o di
depressione indicati in targhetta ri-
sentono delle tolleranze costruttive;
è perciò lecito attendersi una tolle-
ranza sul valore fino ad una percen-
tuale massima pari al 15% dei valori
riportati (DIN 2095).
