NOTE: Remember that, to avoid
or reduce futile activation of the
valve:
- The permitted pressures must
be respected during the silos
loading phase. Pressures not
greater than 1.5 bar are rec-
ommended, and in any case
the values must be compliant
with the standards in force.
- The valve maintenanc e fre-
quency must be resected as
indicated in the User Manual.
- Correct sized filters must be
installed.
- The filters maintenance fre-
quency must be respected.
- The VCP valve must be in-
stalled at the top of the silo.
For assembly, maintenance and
cleaning, the User/maintenance
personnel mus t use suitable
means, for example: overhead
work platforms, anti-fall devic-
es for personal protection, etc.,
to carry out the operations re-
quired in complete safety.

Anm.: Es sei daran erinnert, dass
zur Vermeidung unnötiger Aus-
lösungen des Ventils folgendes
erforderlich ist:
- Beim Beschicken der Silos sind
die zulässigen Drücke zu be-
achten. Zum Beschicken wer-
den Drücke nicht über 1,5 bar
vorgesc hlagen, die aber auf
jeden Fall den geltenden Nor-
men entsprechen müssen.
- Die Wartungsabstände, die in
der Betriebsanleitung angege-
ben sind, müssen eingehalten
werden.
- Es sind Filter der korrekten Ab-
messungen zu installieren.
- Die Wartungsabstände der Fil-
ter sind zu beachten.
- Das Ventil VCP muss oben auf
dem Silo installiert werden.
Bei den Vorgängen zur Monta-
ge, der Wartung und Reinigung
ist es erforderlich, dass der Be-
nutzer/Instandhalter sich mit ge-
eigneten Ausrüstungen ausstat-
tet, wie beispielsweise: Arbeits-
bühnen, persönliche Schutzaus-
rüstungen gegen die Absturzge-
fahr etc., um die erforderlichen
Vorgänge auf der sicheren Sei-
te auszuführen.
