INDICATIONS FOR USE section.
Set the machine in safety status
before carrying out any operation.
POSITIONING THE MACHINE
The valve must be positioned in
a safe pl ace, i. e. in the open,
where, during the working of the
machine, suitable warning notic-
es must be placed, and no dam-
ageable plant parts or deposits of
inflam mable m aterials m ust be
present.
The user shall be held entirely
responsible for positioning of a
valve other than that indicated
above.
The m achine does not requi re
any special lighting; the machine
installer must, however, make sure
uniform lighting is present in the
area on the basis of the indica-
tions in the relevant regulations.
It is the installer's responsibility
to:
1. Check the suitability of the site
where the plant will be locat-
ed.
2. P rovi de the P PD (personal
protection devices) necessary
depending on the assem bly
height.
3. Use lifting systems suitable for
the weights, dim ensions and
movements to be carried out.
4. Chec k the tightening of the
eyebolts before handling the
val ve.

- Während des Gerätestillstands
1.eine Umgebung mit feuchter und
salzhaltiger Luft vermei den.
2. Die Einrichtung auf einen Un-
tersatz aus Holz stellen oder wit-
terungsgeschützt lagern.
- Vor der Inbetriebnahme:
1. ist die Maschine in den sicheren
Zustand zu versetzen.
2.Vor der Inbetriebnahme die elek-
trische und pneumatische Anla-
ge und alle Teile, deren Betrieb
unter einem längeren Stillstand
gelitten haben könnten, auf Un-
versehrtheit prüfen.
3. Vor der Inbetriebnahme ist eine
kom plette Reinigung durchzu-
führen, wobei die Bestimmungen
zu beachten sind, die auf der
Staubsicherheitskarte stehen.
N.B. Wenn das Gerät unter Bedin-
gun-gen und mit Material arbeitet,
die von den vorherigen abweichen,
sind Eignung und Verträglichkeit
für diesen Einsatz zu prüfen, so wie
im Abschnitt GEBRAUCHS-ANLEI-
TUNG beschrieben.
Vor der Ausführung jedes Eingriffs
ist das Gerät in den sicheren Zu-
stand zu versetzen.
AUFSTELLUNG DER MASCHINE
Das Ventil muss an einer sicheren
Stelle angeordnet werden, worun-
ter man einen Außenbereich ver-
steht, wo während des Betriebs der
Maschine eine angemessene Be-
schilderung angebracht wird und
sich keine Teile der Anlage befin-
den, die beschädigt werden könn-
ten, oder es Lager mit brennbaren
Materialien gibt.
Andere Anordnungen des Ventils
als oben angegeben führen dazu,
dass die Haftung ganz auf den An-
wender übergeht.
Die Maschine verlangt keine be-
sondere Beleuchtung. Der Instal-
lateur der Maschine ist auf jeden
Fall dafür verantwortlich zu gewähr-
leisten, dass eine gleichm äßige
Beleuchtung in dem Bereich vor-
handen ist, so wie es die Angaben
des einschlägigen Normenwerks
vorsehen.
Der Installateur hat für folgendes
zu sorgen:
1. Die Eignung des Installations-
ortes für die Anlage zu prüfen.
2. Die PSA (persönlichen Schutz-
ausrüstungen) bereitzustellen,
die angesichts der Höhe der
Montage erforderlich sind.
3. Hebevorrichtungen zu benut-
zen, die für die Gewichte, die
Abmessungen und die vorlie-
genden Transportstrecken ge-
eignet sind.
4. Vor dem Handling des Ventils
die Ringschrauben auf festen
Sitz zu prüfen.

Během nečinnosti zařízení:
1. Vyvarujte se vlhkým a solným
prostředím

Umí stěte

dřevěnou plataformu a zajistěte
ho proti vlivům nepřiznivého
počasí.
Před uvedení m z aříz ení do

2. Zkontroluj te elektrickou a
pneumatickou integritu zařízení
včetně všech jeho částí, jenž
by mohly být delší dobou
nečinnosti poškozeny.
3. Proveďte kompletní cyklus
čištění podle níže uvedených
instrukcí
v
souladu
bezpečnostní tabulkou prachů.
Pozn. Pokud zařízení pracuje v
j iných
podmí nkách
a
rozdílnými materiály, ujistěte se
zda je tato aplikace kompatibilní
s INSTRUKCEMI POUŽITÍ.
Před provedením jakéhokoliv
zásahu na zařízení, uveďte stroj
do bezpečnostního stavu.
UMÍSTĚNÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ

- Uživatel přejíma na sebe plnou
odpovědnost v případě, že ventil
bude umístěn do polohy jiným než
výše uvedeným způsobem.
Zařízení nepotřebuje zvláštní
osvětlení,
os oba ins talujíc í
zařízení se musí ujistit, zda je
přítomné osvětlení homogenní v
souladu s platnými předpisy.
Odpovědností osoby instalující
zařízení je:

Zkontrolovat

2. Poskytnout OPP (ochranné
pracovní pomůcky) potřebné v
závislosti na výšce montáže.

4. Před manipulací s ventilem
zkontrolovat utáhnutí šroubů.

Prima di qualsiasi intervento met-
tere sempre la macchina in sicu-
rezza.
POSIZIONAMENTO DELLA MAC-
CHINA
La valvola deve essere posizio-
nata in luogo sicuro per il quale
si intende una zona esterna dove,
durante i l funzionam ento del la
macchina, sia apposta l'adegua-
ta cartellonistica e non siano pre-
senti parti di im pianto danneg-
giabili o depositi di materiali in-
fi am m abil i.
Posizionam enti della valvola di-
versi da quanto sopra indic ato
determina la totale assunzione di
responsabilità da parte dell'utiliz-
zatore.
La m acc hi na non nec essit a di
un'illuminazione particolare; l'in-
stallatore della m acchina è co-
munque tenuto ad assicurare la
presenza di un'omogenea illumi-
nazione nell'area in base alle in-
dicazioni della norm ativa perti-
nente.
E' a carico dell'installatore:
1. Verificare l'idoneità del sito che
ospiterà l'impianto.
2. Predisporre i DPI (dispositivi di
protezione individuali) neces-
sari in funzione dell'altezza di
m ontaggi o.
3. Utilizzare sistemi di sollevamen-
to idonei alle masse, alle di-
m ensioni e agli spostam enti
da eseguire.
4. Verificare il serraggio dei gol-
fari prim a di movim entare la
val vola.
