7.0 Cleaning the machine

After finishing work, you must completely and fully clean the machine, especially the pump unit, mortar hose and spra-
ying device, to ensure trouble-free operation the next time you use the machine.
Material residues (build-up) and contaminants that are deposited in these machine parts can increase wear and tear
and impair the functionality of the machine!
When cleaning, observe the waste disposal regulations for your region. Make sure that no cleaning agents or
residues of the work material enter the sewers or contaminate the groundwater.
Notes on cleaning
Before cleaning the exterior of the machine with water (do not use a steam / pressure cleaner), cover or seal all ope-
nings that water / steam is not allowed to enter for safety or functional reasons. Electric motors and electrical connec-
tors are particularly at risk for safety reasons.
You must not clean the machine with steam / pressure cleaners. Make sure that you do not direct jets of
water at the electric motors, control panel or electrical connectors.
Before you clean the machine with water, make sure that you isolate the machine from the power supply by
removing the plug at the power source.
Clean all coated surfaces with cold water only at a maximum water pressure of 5 bars. Never use aggressive
cleaning agents.
Never use seawater or any other saline solution for cleaning. If seawater enters the machine, make sure that
you rinse the machine thoroughly.
After cleaning, remove the covers / seals completely.
If there is a risk of frost, make sure that you completely drain the water from the machine and hoses.
