14. Transport

Machine slipping!
Risk of fatal injury for driver and other road users!
• Ensure that the pump is safely positioned during trans-
port.
• Use suitable clamping aids to secure the pump against
slipping during transport.

15. Maintenance and care.

Regular maintenance and care guarantees the perfect
functioning of the device and extends the service life of
the pump! The PS 12 is a mobile, portable machine and is
subject to the following maintenance intervals:
• Electrical system = every six months
• Mechanical system = annually
Reduced performance due to wear!
• Have the pump checked regularly in a specialist work-
shop in lien with the maintenance schedule. To do so,

47 (free of charge in Germany).
• Replace parts subject to wear and tear.

15.1. Electronic control

A six-month maintenance interval applies for the electri-
cal control of the pump.

16. Troubleshooting

The PS 12 is designed for trouble-free operation.
However, if a malfunction does occur, please follow the
following instructions for analysing, checking and rec-

by a qualified electrician!
The screw casing and screw conveyor

• Replace the screw casing and screw conveyor if the
material feed becomes insufficient.
The pump shaft is subject to wear!
• Replace the pump shaft if the material feed becomes
insufficient.
15.2. Armoured seal
The armoured seal
However, it is necessary to re-grease the packing space of
the seal approx. once a quarter, or monthly under heavy
load. To do so, use a grease gun with anti-friction bearing
grease and press the grease into the grease nipple provi-
ded until excess grease escapes from the relief valve. If
this required maintenance measure is not carried out, or is
not carried out in time, the seal may fail prematurely as a
result of dry-running of the slide rings.
ATTENTION: Without a grease fill, the seal will sustain
damage!

Analysis, remedy
• Check the power supply (power distributor, sockets,
power cable, cable reel).
• Check the delivery pressure at the plaster pressure gau-
ge.
• Run the pump in reverse until the material hoses are
depressurised.
