PRINTOUT OF THE WELDING DATA
Printout of the welding data with PC
It is possible to transfer the data to a PC using the Hyper Terminal software, normally standard in the
Windows operating system (by opening the Windows menu > click on "START" > select "PROGRAMMES"
> "ACCESSORIES" > "COMMUNICATIONS" > Hyperterminal), using a serial cable with socket RS 232.
When "HYPERTERMINAL" is open, click on the icon ".HYPERTRM." or "HYPERTERM.EXE."; prior to this a
name must be given to your file and a recognition icon selected (e.g. a yellow telephone with an umbrella).
Press "OK". The next step consists in selecting the connection to be used: COM1 if the cable which
connects the welding machine to the PC is connected to the COM1, COM2 if the serial cable is connected
to the COM2 of the PC. Press "OK".
Now enter the parameters indicated below:
Select the printing menu in the welding machine and choose the printout type desired (justification or log).
Before cancelling the welding cycles in the machine memory disconnect from the HYPER TERMINAL by
selecting "EXIT" in the "FILE" menu and save the data.
In the printed welding reports the following information will be shown (example of justification printout):
