SUPPORT - USING THE EQUIPMENT

11. Support

All technical support interventions will have to be performed by qualified staff by sending the
equipment to ROTHENBERGER.
12. Warranty
The equipment has a warranty of 12 months as from the purchase date by the customer (invoice
date) against manufacturing defects.
The warranty has no validity in the event of inappropriate use and damage to the equipment.
The warranty does not include damage due to falls, breaks due to impacts against blunt objects,
damage due to transport or any other circumstances not related with manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not include the use of generators less than 5kVA or which generate voltage
peaks greater than 260V.
