AUTHORISED OPERATORS - MAINTENANCE

5. Authorised operators

The welding machine must only be used by qualified staff.

6. Acoustic signals

Some operations are confirmed by an acoustic signal with an intensity of less than 70 dB (A).
The "ERROR" messages are characterised by an intermittent acoustic signal.

7. Emergency stop

In the case of an emergency stop, or if there is a cycle in operation incorrectly, press "RESET".

8. Transport and storage

Verify the correct position of the machine during transport.
Keep the equipment in its container and at temperatures between –30°C and + 70 °C in a
ventilated and dry place.

9. Cleaning

To clean the equipment use a cloth slightly moistened with normal detergent.
Do not use acidic or corrosive products.

10. Maintenance and service

The internal parts of the equipment do not require maintenance. Nevertheless, every 12 months
it is recommendable to send the equipment to ROTHENBERGER for a service.
