3.5 Settings

Select menu point "Settings" in "MAIN MENU" via the cursor
control buttons, and
confirm with control button „ENTER".
The following functions are available:
• „PC Interface" : for configuration of interface RS232
• „Beeper on/off": for acoustic heart beat signal
• „Date/Time": for settings of date and time
• „Language" : switch-over between „deutsch" and „english"
• „Service V022" : to call-up the service menu (code required)
• „ECG-Record" : for configuration of time-delay for remote start
Select desired menu point via the cursor control buttons,
and confirm with control button „ENTER".
The desired settings can be done in the respective menu:
• PC Interface:
Select baud rate setting of either 4800 Baud or 9600 Baud.
• Beeper:
The acoustic heart rate signal (= QRS signal) is alternating enabled or disabled by pressing control
button „ENTER".
• Date/Time:
Select menu point „Time" or „Date" with the cursor control buttons.
By pressing control button „ENTER" in turns,
- „hh" for hours, - „mm" for minutes, - „ss" for seconds or
- „dd" for day, - „mm" for month, - „yy" for year
can be adjusted with the cursor control buttons.
The current setting is stored by pressing control button „ENTER".
• Language:
Select menu point „deutsch" or „english" with the cursor control buttons.
By pressing control button „ENTER", the desired language setting for menu guidance is stored.
• Service:
The correct Service-Code has to be entered via the cursor control buttons.
• ECG-Record:
If setting shows "0 s", then the remote start is still disabled.
Assign the desired time delay in seconds (2 seconds minimum) via the cursor control buttons and
confirm with „ENTER".
