• [D000141] Take special care when unlocking the drive manually:
the opened garage door can fall if springs are weak or broken or
if the door is not balanced in the right way.
Caution! Danger.
• [D000273] Unlocking is not allowed when the drive is operating,
as this can cause permanent damage to the drive.
• Pulling the drive unlocking cable with the whole body weight is
not allowed.
• [D000143] Do not obstruct the door or the drive motion area. Do
not put fingers or objects into the slide rail.
Caution! Danger.
• [D000667] Do not operate the drive unit if it requires servicing
or adjustment. Improper installation or balance of the door may
cause severe injury.
• [A000053] It is prohibited to keep using the defective door. It is
particularly forbidden to operate the door, if there is any visible
damage of counterbalancing springs, mounting elements or any
other parts responsible for safe door operation.
[D000262] 18.1. MANUALLY OPERATED DOOR
To open the garage door in a blackout the drive must be unlocked with the
cable. The drive is provided with a function of the hoist disengagement with
a cable. Pull the cable to unlock the garage door drive (fig. 8).
To reengage the drive shift the lever, the cable is fixed on, back to the original
position. When the garage door is not fitted with a pass door, an external un-
blocking mechanism is recommended. The cable handle should be mounted no
more than 1800 [mm] above the floor.
[B000104] Manually-operated doors should be opened and closed smoothly,
without sharp jerks that negatively influence its durability and safe operation.
• [D000273] Unlocking is not allowed when the drive is
operating, as this can cause permanent damage to the
drive. Pulling the drive unlocking cable with the whole
body weight is not allowed.
• [D000274] Take special care when unlocking the drive
manually: the opened garage door can fall if springs
are weak or broken or if the door is not balanced in
the right way.
[D000263] 18.2. ELECTRICALLY DRIVEN DOOR
Opening and closing the door by the drive is done by pressing the button on the
remote control transmitter.
[B000154] The drive unit is constantly coupled under normal operating condi-
tions in the power-operated door (with electric drive). The drive can be uncou-
pled only in emergencies, e.g. in the case of drive breakdown. After the drive
unit was uncoupled, following the manual opening and closing of the door, the
drive should be re-coupled. The un-coupling may not be performed while the
drive unit is in use as this may cause permanent damage to the drive unit.
• [C000466] After each finishing work or repairs that
change the floor height relative to the door, or which
require removal and reinstallation of the door, verify
and adjust the locations of the limit switches.
• [D000668] Failure to comply may result in severe in-
juries due to crushing by the door or other hazards.
[A000139] 19. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
[A000140] Activities which may be performed by the Owner after
careful reading the instruction.
[C000462] Electric power doors: every 3 months:
• Verify that the limit switches are properly adjusted (do this by operating the
door and inspecting where the door leaf stops); when the door reaches the
closed position, the cables must be tight. When the door is open, the bottom
gasket must not be above the clear height of the door;
• Verify proper performance of electrical safety equipment (if any) by simulat-
ing their operation
• Test the photocells: simulate the operating conditions by breaking the photo-
cell beam, which must stop and reverse the door up;
• Test the lock/latch closed sensor: if the lock/latch is engaged, the door must
not start;
• Test the open wicket sensor: if the wicket is open, the door must not start;
• Test the light barrier: simulate the operating conditions by breaking the pho-
tocell beam, which must stop and reverse the door up;
• Test the overload switch: the door must stop and reverse when the door leaf
touches any object 80 [mm] in diameter at the height of 50 [mm] when stand-
ing on the ground.
• Test the manual drive unlocking;
• Check the electrical wiring for wear and tear;

ments of PN-EN 13241), adjust the overload rate, see OVERLOAD RATE
ADJUSTMENT;
• Test the door closing performance;
