Cool off the rechargeable battery completely before charging it. When you have just ended
the flight, the rechargeable battery is still hot. Wait at least 10-15 minutes to allow the
rechargeable batteries to cool off. It is only afterwards that the rechargeable batteries
may be charged.
• During the charging procedure, the LED for the
charging display (5) flashes red.
• Once the charging procedure is completed, the
LED for the charging display (5) flashes green
again. The rechargeable battery can now be
disconnected from the charge adaptor/bal-
ancer. Disconnect the plug-in power supply
device from the mains socket.
The rechargeable battery may be used after the
charging procedure only if it cooled off.
Attention!
Always connect one battery pack only to the charge adaptor/balancer. Charging simulta-
neously a 2 cell and a 3 cell battery pack is strictly forbidden! Danger of fire and explo-
sion!
Place the LiPo battery pack during the charging procedure on a fire-proof support.
Only charge the flight battery included in the delivery or an original spare flight battery
with the charge adaptor/balancer. When charging different rechargeable batteries there
is a risk of fire and explosion!
Never charge rechargeable batteries unsupervised!
Take note of chapter 7 for further information relevant to the handling of rechargeable
batteries.
If the flight battery is empty, wait before flying again until the drive and the electronics
of the helicopter cool off. Otherwise, the drive and the electronics can be damaged due
to overheating. Wait for at least 10 minutes before running the next flight.
Do not leave the rechargeable battery connected to the helicopter if the latter is not
used (e.g. during transport or storage). Otherwise, the battery pack can be fully dis-
charged and thus destroyed/unusable!

The plug-in power supply unit and the charge adaptor/balancer must be used in closed,
dry indoor locations only. The plug-in power supply unit as well as the charge adaptor/
balancer and the rechargeable battery must not get damp or wet. Danger of a life-
threatening electric shock!
Observe all safety instructions and information relevant to operation contained in these
operating instructions!
