Choosing alarm function

Press the "ALARM" button briefly until the desired alarm function appears:
• Weekday alarm (display "
The alarm is only triggered on weekdays.
• Single alarm (display "
The alarm is only triggered once, then the alarm function is automatically switched off.
• Pre-alarm at low temperatures (display "PRE AL")
At low temperatures of about 2°C the so called pre-alarm is triggered at a set time (15, 30, 45, 60
or 90 minutes) before the actual alarm time. This gives you sufficient time to, eg clear your
windscreen from ice or snow.

Switching alarm on/off

With the "+" or "-" button, the previously set alarm function can be switched off ("OFF" display) or
on (alarm time display).

Setting the alarm time:

• First of all switch the alarm on with the "+" or "-" button, as described above.
• Press the "ALARM" button (approx. 2 seconds) until the hours of the alarm time start to flash.
• Set the hours with the "+" and "-" buttons.
• Briefly press the "ALARM" button, the minutes of the alarm time flash.
• Set the minutes with the "+" and "-" buttons.
• Complete the setting by briefly pressing the "ALARM" button.

Stopping alarm signal

To stop the alarm, which sounds at the set alarm time, briefly press the "ALARM" button.
