Choosing alarm function

Press the "ALARM ON/OFF" button briefly until the desired alarm function appears:
• Weekday alarm (display "
The alarm is only triggered on weekdays.
• Single alarm (display "
The alarm is only triggered once, then the alarm function is automatically switched off.
• Pre-alarm at low temperatures (display "PRE AL")
At low outdoor temperatures of about 2°C the so called pre-alarm is triggered at a set time
(15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes) before the actual alarm time, the so called pre-alarm. This gives
you sufficient time to, eg clear your windscreen from ice or snow.

Switching alarm on/off

With the " " and " " button on the front of the base station, the previously set alarm function
can be switched off ("OFF" display) or on (alarm time display).

Setting the alarm time:

• Switch on the alarm with the " " and " " button on the front of the base station as previously
described.
• Press the "ALARM ON/OFF" button (approx. 2 seconds) until the hours of the alarm time
start to flash.
• Set the hours with the " " and " " button on the front of the base station.
• Briefly press the "ALARM ON/OFF" button, the minutes of the alarm time flash.
• Set the minutes with the " " and " " button on the front of the base station.
• Complete the setting by briefly pressing the "ALARM ON/OFF" button.
