• "10m" or "32 feet" will appear on the display, depending on the altitude unit you have selected
before.
With the " " and " " buttons on the back of the base station, you now set the altitude of
your place of residence. If you press the corresponding button for a longer period of time,
this activates the quick adjustment.
With the "PRESSURE/ALTITUDE" button you exit the setting mode, the base station
changes to normal display.
• After a little while the base station will display the air pressure value on the display.
• Afterwards the base station searches for the existing outdoor sensors (radio reception icon
for outdoor sensors flashes). This takes approx. 2-3 minutes.
• By briefly pressing the "CHANNEL" button, you can toggle between the three channels of the
outdoor sensors. The corresponding channel number is displayed.
The outdoor sensors send the readings for temperature and air humidity about ever 45
seconds to the base station
If no data is received for the corresponding channel, the base station will only
display lines for the temperature and air humidity (eg "—.-").
If the measuring range is exceeded, the display of the outdoor sensor will show
"HH" or "HHH", if it is below the measuring range "LL" or "LLL" will appear. The
same is the case for the display of the indoor temperature/air humidity to the
base station.
• Afterwards the base station carries out a reception attempt for the DCF data (time/date).
The DCF reception icon top right in the display flashes.
Do not move the base station during that time.
It can take 3-10 minutes until the DCF reception is complete and the correct time is shown
on the display.
Further information regarding the DCF reception can be found in the chapter below.
