d) Checking the control functions
Connect the servos or drive controls used in your model and the power
supply to the receiver.
Next, switch on the transmitter and then the receiver.
If you have connected everything correctly, the steering should respond
to turning movements of the steering wheel (see illustration 8, pos. 2)
and the drive of the model to the operating lever for the drive function
(see illustration 8, pos. 10).
If the steering or drive function respond with movements exactly
opposite to the steering direction on the transmitter, this can be easily
reprogrammed.
For the exact procedure, refer to the following section „Programming
the remote control", point „Setting the servo rotation direction".
The mini truck shown in the illustration merely serves to better illustrate the steering function and is not
included in the scope of delivery of the remote control.
Attention!
For checking the drive function, place an electronic model on a suitable base so that the wheels can
rotate freely. Make sure that the model has a safe stand and that there are no objects or body parts in
the rotation area of the wheels and the drive components.
