In order to avoid damages to the internal circuit paths and connections, please don't use fast chargers.
The maximum charge current may not exceed 500 mA.
c) Switching on the transmitter
When the rechargeable batteries are charged or when new batteries are inserted,
pull out the antenna of the transmitter all the way and, for test purposes, switch
the transmitter on via the function switch (see figure 1, Pos. 9). The blue control
LED (see illustration 1, pos. 4) lights up briefly and a short beep tone signals
adequate power supply of the transmitter.
After "LOW" was briefly indicated on the display, it switches to operating mode
with the currently active model memory (top right on the display) and indicates the
current voltage of the batteries or rechargeable batteries inserted in the transmitter.
If the power supply is no longer sufficient for a faultless operation of the transmitter
(at a voltage of under 8.0 V), the display "LOW" will appear instead of the voltage
value and an alarm signal will sound.
In this case, you should stop operating your model as quickly as possible.
For further operation of the transmitter the rechargeable batteries have to be
recharged or new batteries have to be inserted.
For safety reasons, you should insert new batteries or freshly charged rechargeable batteries into the
transmitter in case of a voltage of less than 9.0 V.
