To select the exponential function, proceed as follows:
Switch on the transmitter. On the transmitter's LC display the operating display
will appear. Now press the "SEL" menu button (see illustration 4, pos. 5) once.
On the display, "EXP" will appear and at the top right, channel 1 (CH 1) for the
steering is shown. If a value has already been set for the exponential function, the
corresponding value appears in the display with a % indicator.
Using the two setting buttons plus "+" and minus "-" (see illustration 01, no. 8),
you can now select a value of up to 100% for the steering servo. The value set
always affects both sides of the servo driving direction.
If 0% appears on the display, the exponential function is switched off and the
servo reacts linearly to the control commands of the transmitter.
If needed, you can then use the channel shift button "CH" (see illustration 1, pos.
6) to switch to channel 2 (driving function) and set the desired value here as well.
The value which was set last is stored automatically.
If you do not press a button for more than one minute, the display returns to the
operating mode display.
The set value must then be checked during a test drive. If needed, change the exponential setting until
the driving behaviour of your model is the way you like.
