Schweißen bei der TIG Methode TIG
i)
Schließen sie, am vom Netz getrennten Gerät,
den Schweißbrenner an der Ausgangsklemme
A1 und das Erdungskabel an der Ausgangs‐
klemme A2 an.
j)
erscheint.
men kommt.

START CURRENT FUNCION
Setting of the START CURRENT function values
Push the SET button (10) on the control keyboard
until the StC sign appears on the display (14). Select
the desired function value (5–300 A – depending on
type of machine) with the rotating selector. Status
or the function value will show on display (13). At
the same time the START CURRENT indicator will be
ON (curve 2).
NOTE: This function can be activated in 4‐stroke
mode only.
END CURRENT FUNCION
Setting of the END CURRENT function values
Push the SET button (10) on the control keyboard
until the ECr sign appears on the display (14). Select
the desired function value (5–300 A ‐ depending on
type of machine) with the rotating selector. The
function value will show on display (13). At the same
time the END CURRENT indicator will be ON ‐ (curve
2).
UP‐SLOPE FUNCTION (the time of gradual build‐up
from arc ignition to the set welding current value)
Setting of the UP‐SLOPE function values
Push the SET button (10) on the control keyboard
until the USL sign appears on the display (14). Select
the desired function value (0 – 10 s) with the rotat‐
ing selector (8). Status or the function value will
show on display (13). At the same time the UP‐
SLOPE indicator on the curve (2) will be ON and the
indicator in field 7 will indicate that the value is in
seconds.
DOWN‐SLOPE FUNCTION (the time of run down
from the set welding current to end current values)
Setting of the DOWN‐SLOPE function values
Push the SET button (10) on the control keyboard
until the dSL sign appears on the display (14). Select
the desired function value (0 – 10 s) with the rotat‐
ing selector (8). Status or the function value will
show on display (13). At the same time the DOWN‐
SLOPE indicator on the curve (2) will be ON and the
indicator in field 7 will indicate that the value is in
seconds.
PRE‐GAS FUNCTION (the time of run down from the
set welding current to end current values)
Setting of the PRE‐GAS function values
Push the SET button (10) on the control keyboard
until the PrG sign appears on the display (14). Select
the desired function value (0 – 10 s) with the rotat‐
ing selector (8). Status or the function value will
