On/off switching and setting of the PULSE function
values
Push the SET button (10) on the control keyboard
until the FrE sign appears on the display (14). Select
the desired function value (OFF, 5 – 500 Hz) with the
rotating selector (8). Status or the function value will
show on display (13). At the same time the CYCLE
indicator on curve (2) will be on and the indicator in
field 7 will indicate that the value is in percentages.
BALANCE FUNCTION
Balance – the ratio between the set current and the
background current when pulsation is on.
Setting of the BALANCE function values
Push the SET button (10) on the control keyboard
until the bAL sign appears on the display (14). Select
the desired function value (10 – 80%) with the
rotating selector (8). Status or the function value will
show on display (13). At the same time the BALANCE
indicator on the curve (2) will be on and the indica‐
tor in field 7 will indicate that the value is in per‐
centages.
BACK CURRENT FUNCTION (background current
when pulsation is on)
Setting of the BALANCE function values
Push the SET button (10) on the control key‐board
until the bCr sign appears on the display (14). Select
the desired function value (5–300 A – depending on
type of machine) with the rotating selector. Status or
the function value will show on display (13). At the
same time the BACK CURRENT indicator will be on
on the curve (2).
NOTICE! The loging (cycle) and pulsation can be
combined in a four‐stroke mode; it will enable
switching between pulsation currents by quickly
pushing the burner button or turning pulsation off
(if you set LOG higher than bCR).

Wert der Funktion wählen (OFF, 0,5 bis 500 Hz). Der
Zustand gegebenenfalls der Wert der Funktion wird
auf dem Display (13) abgebildet. Gleichzeitig wird
die Kontrollleuchte für CYCLE auf der Kurve im Feld
(2) und die Kontrollleuchte im Feld 7, die kennzeich‐
net, dass die Angabe in Prozent ist, leuchten.
FUNKTION BALANCE
Balance – Verhältnis zwischen dem eingestellten
Strom und dem Strom des Hintergrunds bei einge‐
schalteter Pulsierung.

drücken, bis auf dem Display (14) die Aufschrift bAL
erscheint. Mit dem Drehwähler (8) den verlangten
Wert der Funktion wählen (10 – 80%). Der Wert der
Funktion wird auf dem Display (13) abgebildet.
Gleichzeitig wird die Kontrollleuchte für BALANCE
auf der Kurve im Feld (2) und die Kontrollleuchte im
Feld 7, die kennzeichnet, dass die Angabe in Prozent
ist, leuchten.
FUNKTION BACK CURRENT
(Strom des Hintergrunds bei eingeschalteter
Pulsierung)
Einstellen der Werte der Funktion BACK CURRENT
Die Taste SET (10) auf der Bedienungstastatur
drücken, bis auf dem Display (14) die Aufschrift bCr
erscheint und mit dem Drehwähler (8) den verlang‐
ten Wert der Funktion wählen (5 – 300 A ‐ nach dem
Typ von der Machine). Der Wert der Funktion wird
auf dem Display (13) abgebildet. Gleichzeitig wird
die Kontrollleuchte für BACK CURRENT auf der Kurve
im Feld (2) leuchten.
Anmerkung!
Das Loging (Cycle) und die Pulsierung kann man
beim Viertakt kombinieren und so durch kurzes
Drücken der Taste am Brenner das Umschalten
zwischen zwei Strömen Pulsierung oder Pulsierung
ausschalten erzielen (insofern LOG größer als bCR
eingestellt ist).
