protection gas for TIG welding. Make sure that the
reduction valve suites the type of the gas you are
using.
Gas tank installation
Always properly secure the gas tank in a vertical
position in a special holder on the wall or in the cart.
After you finish welding, do not forget to close the
gas tank valve.
The following installation instructions apply for most
reduction valve types:
1.
Step aside and open the gas tank valve (A) for
a moment. This way possible dirt particles are
blown off the tank valve.
NOTICE! Watch for high gas pressure!
2.
Turn the pressure regulation screw (B) of the
reduction valve until you feel the spring pres‐
sure.
3.
Close the reduction valve.
4.
Put the reduction valve on the tank over the
intake connection seal and tighten the cap nut
(C) with a wrench.
5.
Install the hose adapter (D) with the cap nut
(E) to the gas hose and secure it with a hose
clamp.
6.
Connect one end of the hose to the reduction
valve and the other end to the welding ma‐
chine. If the burner had a built‐in valve, the
hose could be part of the burner.
7.
Tighten the cap nut with the hose to the
reduction valve.
8.
Slowly open the tank valve. The tank pressure
gauge (F) will show pressure in the tank.
NOTICE! Do not use all the tank's contents.
Replace the tank when the pressure drops to
approximately 2 bars.
9.
Open the reduction valve.
10.
Turn the regulation screw (B) until the flow
meter (G) shows the required flow.
NOTICE! When you are setting the gas flow in a
machine with a valve equipped burner, it is neces‐
sary to release the valve regulation screw on the
burner. Close the tank valve after welding. In case
the machine will not be used for a long time, loosen
the pressure regulation screw.
Panel of functions
Control and signal elements on the digital panel –
description of functions:
1.
Inverter ON indicator. This indicator is on, if
the machine performance section is running.
2.
Curve with indicators. These indicators signal,
which function or parameter is presently being
set.
3.
Method indicators. These indicators show,
which method is active. Left to right: MMA
method (coated electrode), TIG‐LA (contact
start), TIG‐HF (contact‐ free start).
4.
MEM button (memory). Serves to recall
memory and to save parameters.
5.
Functions indicators. 4T and pulsation indica‐
tors. Indicators are on, if the particular func‐
tions are active.
6.
FNC (functions) button. This button can be
used to select individual functions. Simultane‐
ously it serves for turning the remote control
on and off.
7.
Indicators showing the units of the displayed
value.
8.
Selector for welding current and setting of
values in the SET mode.
9.
The MET (method) button. This button is used
to select methods MMA, TIG‐LA, TIG‐HF and
turning on the function V.R.D.
10.
SET button for functions parameters selec‐
tion. By pushing this button you will enter a
mode, where values of individual functions
can be changed. By successive pushing of the
SET button you can switch between functions.
This button serves for test purposes as well.
11.
MEMORY indicator.
12.
V.R.D. function indicator. With MMA welding
method on, the LED indicates the method is
on. With the TIG method on, LED turns on au‐
tomatically. During welding with both meth‐
ods the indicator will go off, when there is un‐
safe voltage at the output clamps.
13.
Welding current/value and functions status
display. During welding the display shows the
welding current value. After welding termina‐
tion this value stays on for approximately
three seconds. In idle state the value of set
welding current is displayed. During setting in
the SET mode the status of the chosen func‐

Instrukcje bezpieczeństwa
Spawarki inwertorowe muszą być używane
wyłącznie do spawania ‐ inne zastosowanie jest
zabronione. Spawarkę nigdy nie wolno używać bez
osłon ochronnych (zdjęta obudowa). Usuwając
obudowę obniżamy skuteczność chłodzenia i może
dojść do uszkodzenia maszyny. W takim przypadku
dostawca nie przyjmuje odpo‐wiedzialności za
powstałą szkodę i powoduje to utratę prawa do
naprawy gwa‐rancyjnej. Obsługę maszyn mogą
wykonywać
