DIN EN 1125 Panic door locks

The properties of locks according to DIN EN 1125 are described by the eight-digit classification key.
Tab. 2 explains the classification key.
Class Meaning
3 for use in doors with a high usage frequency, entailing little occasion for care and thus is
a possibility of accidents or misuse, such as in public buildings where people frequently
carry bulky objects
7 200,000 test cycles
6 Door weight up to 200 kg
B Suitable for use on fire doors and smoke protection doors on the basis of testing accord-
ing to EN 1634-1
1 Suitable for critical safety function
3 High corrosion-resistance according to EN 1670:2007 Section 5.6

higher requirements on intrusion protection
