1. IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

Basic precautions should always be followed, including the following safety
instructions when using the crosstrainer: Read all instructions before using this
equipment.
• Our stepper is designed for a maximum user weight of 120 Kg.
• Please ensure that no parts of the device block or restrict the movements of the training person.
Place our stepper where there is sufficient space to freely perform exercises. This requires about
2 x 2 meters.
• Place our stepper on a level, solid floor to ensure that it always has a secure and firm stand during
your exercises and will not wiggle.
• Carefully check our stepper before each training. Should you detect any anomalies in it, do not
begin training. The defective parts must then be replaced immediately as a proper functioning is no
longer possible. Security is not guaranteed any more as well.
• Our stepper may only be repaired by qualified personnel in an authorised workshop. Only original
parts may be used for the repair.
• ATTENTION: Please dispose of the packaging film so that children do not come into contact with
it. Children may regard the foil as a toy and could suffocate from it. Make sure that small children
do not play with the battery. If parts are swallowed, this could cause serious damage to health.
When doing your exercises, keep children away from the pedals of the device to avoid bruises.
Our stepper is not a toy. If you do not use it, please put it away so that children will not discover it.
• ATTENTION: During your exercises, the hydraulic dampers will be heating up by and by. Do not
touch them under any circumstances. The same applies to when you have finished your exercises.
• NOTE: If oil leaks from the hydraulic dampers, your carpet or flooring may be contaminated. It is
therefore advisable to place our stepper on a non-slip rubber mat.
• Ensure that no water or other fluids can get inside the computer of our stepper. This could damage
the electronics. Furthermore, you should place our stepper where it will not be exposed to strong
sunlight.
• Avoid any mpacts, shocks or falling of the device.
• Periodically check whether the screws and nuts are still tight.
• If you are not using our stepper for a certain period, please remove the battery from the computer.
Batteries may leak and damage the device.
