Troubleshooting

Please check the following points if the
heating circuit module does not work cor­
rectly:
1. Power supply
Check power supply if the control lamp is
permanently off.
The controller is protected by a T4A can
fuse. This fuse can be replaced when the
cover and the terminal cover are removed
(spare fuse is enclosed in accessory bag).
2. Slide switch
Set the slide switch to "Auto" for normal
operation.
Resistance values of
Pt1000 sensors
3. Sensor fault
If there is a malfunction because of a
sensor fault, the operating control lamp
flashes red and the
on the display. An error code for the cor­
responding sensor is shown on the dis­
play. The <+> button must be pushed
once for checking the 3rd temperature
sensor:
Short circuit: Short­circuit in the sensor
cable with indication of the correspond­
ing temperature sensor. The error code
­888.8 is shown on the display.
Line break: Sensor line break with indi­
cation of the corresponding temperature
sensor. The error code 888.8 is shown in
the display.
Disconnected Pt1000 temperature sen­
sors can be checked with an ohmmeter.
Please check the resistance values corre­
spond with the table.
