Querying the Firmware Versions of the Devices

The display shows the RPN of the currently used transmitter and the measured radio signal
strength (RSSI).
Note:
RPN 0 or 1 stands for a base station, 2-7 were allocated to a repeater upon regist-
ration.
The RSSI can show a value between 0 and about 100.
Querying the Firmware Versions of the Devices
Requirements for querying the base station:
– Base station connected to PBX
– Handset registered with base station
– Handset within range of the base station or a registered repeater
1. Press the softkey under Menu.
2. Using your navigation keys, navigate to the Settings option and press the softkey under
OK.
3. Using your navigation keys (up/down), navigate to the Maintenance setting and press the
softkey under OK.
4. Using your navigation keys (up/down), navigate to the Software Version setting and press
the softkey under OK.
5. Using your navigation keys (up/down), navigate to the information you want to query
(Handset or Base Station) and press the softkey under OK.
The corresponding firmware version is shown on the display.
