Selecting an SMS Centre for SMS Transmissions

To be able to send text messages, you need to select one of the SMS centres entered in the base
station.
1. Press the softkey under Menu.
2. Using your navigation keys, navigate to the SMS Messages option and press the softkey
under OK.
3. Using your navigation keys, navigate to the Settings option and press the softkey under
OK.
4. Using your navigation keys (up/down), navigate to the Send Service setting and press the
softkey under OK.
5. Using your navigation keys (left/right), navigate to the option you want to change (Service
1-4) and press the softkey under Save.

Basic, COMmander Basic 19":
You can select an SMS centre only from among the first four SMS centres that were
entered in the PBX.
You can query the telephone numbers of the SMS centres from the SMS Centres
menu. Any telephone numbers modified through the handset will be overwritten
during synchronization with the PBX.
