Die nachfolgenden Bedingungen regeln die Nutzung der zusammen mit den Geräten oder auch für sich überlassenen Software (wie in Ziff. 1.13 definiert) durch einen Käufer oder Mieter, der die Software für eigene Zwecke nutzt und der weder ein Auerswald Partner noch ein mit Auerswald verbundenes Unternehmen ist („Kunde“ oder „Sie“). Der Kunde kann eine natürliche Person, eine juristische Person oder sonst eine rechtsfähige Gesellschaft, Institution oder Organisation sein.
