It is essential to connect a condensation drain hose to the unit, as the air humidity from the
Condensate drain –
extract air condenses inside the heat exchanger.
General
The condensate is harmful to the environment if it is not handled properly. Therefore, a
suitable condensate drain hose must be connected that is both flexible and able to
withstand constant bending. We recommend using a steel reinforced spiral hose.
The condensation drain hose is installed with a steady inclination of at least 1% (1 cm/
metre).
