6 To lock the saw blade into place, insert the locking pin
(G) through the corresponding opening on the saw blade
guard. To do this, insert the pin completely and straight
into the hole. Use the corresponding hole (depending
on the saw blade type) so that the pin is at the lowest
point (bottom of the tooth). (Fig. 6)
7 Loosen the saw blade with the supplied open-end span-
ner.
Remove saw blade flange and saw blade.
Insert the new saw blade.
Mount the saw blade flange again and tighten the clamp
screw. (Fig. 7)
Remove the locking pin.
m Attention! When inserting the saw blade, make
sure the running direction is correct!
8 After changing the saw blade, push the protective basket
(A) onto the table (D), simultaneously lift the table and
carefully tilt it backwards. (Fig. 8)
9 Carefully set down the table (D) using both hands until
it rests on the guide (Fig. 4).
10 Slide the table backwards until the table lock (H) is above
the ball bearing (J). Pull the table lock (H) outwards using
the locking pin (G) until the ball bearing (J) engages in
the guide. (Fig. 3)
11 Slide the table forward, reattach the tension spring (F).
