Warranty

We cover this product with a warranty of 3 years from the purchase date. Keep the original sales receipt in a safe place.
Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by non-observance of the operating instructions, normal wear
and tear, improper use, incorrect operation, lack of care, maintenance and cleaning, use of non-approved spare
parts, deliberate destruction, transport or accident as well as third-party intervention by unauthorised persons.
The wearing parts, i.e. sealing ring and valves, are excluded from the warranty.
In case of a warranty claim, contact your specialty dealer and submit the product together with the original sales
invoice. The defective goods will be repaired or replaced according to our discretion. In the event of a replacement,
we reserve the right to replace the defective cookware with an equivalent product. Due to changes in the assortment,
we cannot guarantee the availability of the same product. Further claims for property damage or personal injury
are excluded.

Liability exclusion

We assume no liability for damages resulting from improper use and non-observance of the instructions for care,
cleaning and use, as well as mechanical damage.
