Prior to each use
- The pressure cooker works under pressure. Always follow the instruction for safety and use.
- Check the pressure cooker, the sealing ring, the safety valve and the regulating valve thoroughly for dirt, wear or
damage.
- If you notice any dirt, wear or other damage, it is imperative for safe use that you rectify this by cleaning the pressure
cooker as prescribed or replacing any damaged parts.
- Make sure that the sealing ring is correctly inserted (Pic. 1) and that the lid locks properly.
- Make sure that the regulating valve and the safety valve are movable.

Use
- Press the button

- Add the food, including the appropriate amount of liquid, taking into account the MIN and MAX markings (Pic. 4).
As a rough guide, the pressure cooker should be filled at least

- Alternatively, you can place the rack for the steamer insert on the bottom of the pot, add liquid up to the MIN
marking and place the steamer insert on the rack so that the food can be cooked in steam. Note that the water
surface should be approx. 1 cm below the steamer insert and the MAX marking must not be exceeded by the
food in the steamer insert.
- Make sure that the sealing ring is correctly inserted in the lid and that the control markings of the lid are visible.
- Place the lid on the pot.
- Press the button

- Select with the regulating valve (Pic. 5) under which pressure the food is to be cooked. The amount of pressure
can be selected continuously from level 0 to level 2. For orientation, level 1 is gentle cooking and level 2 fast cooking.
Note that the cooking times vary depending on the amount of pressure.
- Select the highest power level of the stove. Monitor this heating process. As soon as the pressure inside the pot
rises, the red safety valve (Pic. 6a) becomes visible, and the pot cannot be opened anymore.
Risk of burns or injury!
As soon as the cooking temperature has been reached, hot water steam escapes vertically upwards from
the regulating valve (Pic. 5).
- Immediately reduce the power of your stove to the lowest setting. The cooking process begins. Observe the cooking
time according to the recipe.
- Switch off the stove as soon as the cooking time has elapsed.
