1. Remove the complete packaging materials before initial operation.
The appliance may be equipped with a transportation lock. Remove
the transportation lock completely. When removing be very careful.
Do not use any aggressive detergents to remove residues of the
transportation lock.
2. Take the enclosed parts from the packaging and its polystyrene-
components.
3. When you move the appliance, hold it at its base and lift it carefully.
Keep the appliance in an upright position.
4. Do not place or leave any magnetisable objects (e.g., credit cards,
memory cards) or electronic devices (e.g., computers, MP3 players)
near the appliance, as they may be affected by its electromagnetic
field.
5. Only use cookware which is suitable to be used on an induction hob;
otherwise, you will damage the appliance.
6. The appliance must be transported and installed by at least two
people.
7. When you unpack the appliance, you should take note of the position
of every part of the interior accessories in case you have to repack
and transport it at a later point of time.
8. Do not operate the appliance unless all components are installed
properly.
9. Do not put any heavy items on the induction hob.
10. Do not put heavy cookware on the induction hob.
11. The ventilation openings of the appliance or its built-in structure (if
the appliance is suitable for being built-in) must be completely open,
unblocked and free of any kind of dirt.
12. Clean and maintain the appliance regularly to enable its proper

13. The rating plates must not be removed or made illegible, otherwise
all terms of the warranty become invalid!
