 Touch this sensor to activate / deactivate the extractor fan.
NOTICE! You can switch off the extractor fan at any set power level.
 Use this sensor to decrease or increase the power level (motor speed) of the
extractor fan.
1. Set the desired power level (1 - 8 or the boost
level « b ») of the extractor fan using the sliding
sensor. The power indicator of the extractor hood
must flash (approx. 5 seconds). You can adjust the
power level in two different ways:
a) Set the power level of the selected cooking zone
using the sliding sensor itself: slide over the
sliding sensor using your fingertip.
b) Set the power level of the selected cooking zone
by touching the sliding sensor at any point.
 This power level is suitable for slow cooking / simmering and roasting with the
lid of the cookware closed.
 Use these power levels when low steam generation occurs (low concentration of
cooking fumes).
 Use these power levels for an ideal air circulation in the kitchen when medium
steam generation occurs (medium concentration of cooking fumes).
