Check safety devices

CAUTION
• If operation is interrupted, check the safety devices at the start of each work shift.
• Check the safety equipment once a week during continuous shift operation.
10.4.1 Check pressure gauge
Switch on the vacuum generator.

A warning tone sounds.

The warning tone stops when the required minimum vacuum of -0.6 bar is reached.

The safety device is working correctly.
10.4.2 Check warning device
Always test the function of the warning device before starting work.
Check function
✓ Perform function test at ambient pressure.
✓ No load is sucked in at the lifting device (the pressure gauge shows 0 mbar).
