Installation
Attach lifting device with flange plate

As an alternative to the suspension roller, a suitable flange plate (20) can be
attached to the 4 fixing points (20.1). The flange plate is not included in the scope
of delivery. The flange plate must be designed by the customer.
The flange plate may only be attached by trained operators.
1. Fasten the flange plate (20)
with 4 bolts and nuts.
2. Ensure that all 4 screws are firmly
tightened.
3. Attach the flange plate to the
transport equipment correctly.
Commissioning

1. Check that all screw connections are tight.
2. Check the tightness of the vacuum system (> see section Checking the tightness of the
lifting device)
3. Check all functions of the lifting device.
4. Carry out several lifting tests with one load.

The installation is complete when the lifting tests have been carried out successfully.
The tests required in Europe in accordance with EN 13155 prior to commissioning are covered by
a type test.
