3. Route the cable through the pulley bracket and around the pulley. Reattach
the pulley using the fasteners previously removed and tighten the nut using
a ³ ₄-inch wrench.
Note: You will need to adjust the tension on the cable after it is attached to
the weight tower.
4. Using a ³ ₈-inch hex bit and a ³ ₄-inch socket wrench, remove the pulley,
bolt, locknut and two washers.

5. Route the cable through the pulley bracket and around the pulley. Reattach
the pulley using the fasteners previously removed and tighten the nut using
a ³ ₄-inch wrench.
Note: You will need to adjust the tension on the cable after it is attached to
the weight tower.
6. Using a ³ ₈-inch hex bit and a ³ ₄-inch socket wrench, replace the pulley and
hardware removed previously. Tighten the screw to 500 inch-pounds (56
N-m) of torque.
7. Using a #2 Phillips bit, reattach the pulley covers and screws removed in
step 1. Tighten to 10 inch-pounds (1 N-m) of torque.
