Care and maintenance
WARNING
Risk of injury!
Touching live parts may result in severe
injury or death.
Before cleaning the exhaust hood or
n
changing the filter, pull out the mains
plug. If the mains plug is difficult to ac-
cess, switch off or pull out the corres-
ponding fuse.
CAUTION
Fire hazard!
Improper handling of the appliance or in-
correct maintenance can result in grease
residue catching fire. There is a risk of
fire if the appliance is not cleaned prop-
erly in accordance with the instructions.
Grease residue on the exhaust hood
n
or in the grease filters can catch fire if
exposed to high temperatures. For this
reason, clean the surfaces of the ex-
haust hood and grease filters regu-
larly.
Cleaning the housing
We recommend cleaning the surfaces of
the exhaust hood after every use.
– Wipe the surfaces with a soft, damp
cloth and a little dishwashing detergent.
– Clean glass surfaces with standard
glass cleaner.

Clean the grease filters once a month – or
more frequently if necessary – in the dish-
washer (up to 60 °C), or soak in lukewarm
