Ventilation of the working environment is essential to guarantee safety during installation. Check
for fire sources.

During maintenance, do not use open flames in the room. Hang the non-smoking sign in the room
where maintenance is being performed.

Check that the appliance label is in good condition. If it is not, replace it.
Welding
If it is necessary to cut or weld the pipes of the air conditioning system during maintenance, follow the
steps below:
7. Turn off the unit and turn off the power
8. Collect the refrigerant gas
9. Run the vacuum
10. Clean the pipes with nitrogen
11. Cut or weld
12. Return to the welding service point
The refrigerant gas must be collected in the appropriate containers. Make sure there is no open flame near
the vacuum pump outlet and that the room is well ventilated.
Refrigerant charge
Use specialized refrigerant filling appliances for R32. Make sure that different types of refrigerant

do not contaminate each other.

The coolant tank must be kept upright when filling the coolant
−
Attach the label on the system after completing the filling (or even if it has not been possible to
finish it).

Do not overfill
At the end of the filling, perform the leak detection before starting the machine; another leak check
−
should be done after power up.
Safety rules for storage and transportation

Use the flammable gas detector to check before unloading and opening the container.
−
Do not place near open flames or other sources of sparks, do not smoke.
−
Respect the current rules and regulations regarding the transport of flammable refrigerant gases.
