Bestimmungsgemässe Verwendung
Der Kombisensor RIC 290, bestehend aus Be-
wegungsmelder mit Mikrowellentechnologie und
Aktiv-Infrarot-Präsenzmelder ist ausschliesslich
für den üblichen Einsatz an automatischen Tür-
und Torsystemen, je nach Ausführung für Wand-
, Decken- oder Einbaumontage geeignet. Der
Kombisensor ist für die Verwendung in trockenen
Räumen gebaut, und muss innerhalb bzw. auf
der Innenseite von Gebäuden montiert werden.
Für Aussenanwendungen wird die optional er-
hältliche Wetterhaube empfohlen.
Ein anderer oder darüber hinausgehender Ge-
brauch gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäss. Für
hieraus resultierende Schäden haftet der Her-
steller nicht; das Risiko hierfür trägt allein der
Betreiber.
Zur bestimmungsgemässen Verwendung gehört
auch die Einhaltung der vom Hersteller vorge-
schriebenen Betriebsbedingungen, inkl. der Ver-
wendung von Originalzubehör, sowie die regel-
mässige Wartung und Instandhaltung.
Eigenmächtige Veränderungen am Kombisensor
schliessen eine Haftung des Herstellers für die
daraus resultierenden Schäden aus.
Für die bestimmungsgemässe Verwendung sind
zudem alle Angaben dieser Montage- und Eins-
tellanleitung zu beachten.
Die CAN-Schnittstelle des Sensors kann nur an
Türsysteme 20 oder dafür geeignete Steuerun-
gen weiterer Antriebsfamilien angeschlossen
werden. Ausschliesslich die von record mitgelie-
ferten Kabel verwenden.
Montage-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbei-
ten dürfen nur von ausgebildeten und autorisier-
ten Fachkräften durchgeführt werden.

Use for the intended purpose
The combisensor RIC 290, including motion
detector with microwave technology and active
infrared presence detection, is designed exclu-
sively for normal applications in automatic
entrance and door systems, for wall, ceiling or
built-in installation. It is designed for the use in
dry rooms and must be installed indoors or on
the inner side of a building.
It can also be mounted on the outer side, for
which we recommend the optionally available
weather shield.
Any other application or use beyond this purpose
is not considered to be an intended purpose. The
manufacturer bears no liability for any resulting
damage; the operator alone shall bear the re-
sponsibility.
The intended purposes also include observation
of the operating conditions specified by the man-
ufacturer, such as the use of original accesso-
ries, as well as regular care, maintenance and
repair.
Unauthorised modifications to the automatic door
will release the manufacturer from all liability for
any resulting damage.
All the instructions contained in this installation
and adjustment manual must be observed to use
this product for the intended purpose.
The CAN interface of the sensor can only be
connected to door systems 20 or appropriate
door controls from other operator families. Only
use the cables delivered by record.
Installation, maintenance and repairs to the radar
must only be performed by qualified and author-
ised personnel (technicians).

Utilisation conforme aux dispositions
Le capteur combiné RIC 290, y compris un dé-
tecteur de mouvement avec la technologie micro-
ondes et un détecteur de présence a infrarouge
actif, a été construit exclusivement pour
applications dans le domaine des portes
automatiques, pour fixation au mur, au plafond
ou pour encastrement ainsi que pour l'emploi
usuel dans des locaux secs. Il doit être
principalement monté à l'intérieur ou bien du côté
intérieur des bâtiments.
Pour un montage du côté extérieur d'un bâtiment
nous recommandons l'emploi d'un « revêtement
météo » disponible sur option.
Tout autre usage ou dépassement des capacités
est considéré comme non conforme aux disposi-
tions. Le constructeur ne répond pas des dom-
mages qui en résulteraient; l'utilisateur seul en
assume les risques.
L'utilisation conforme aux dispositions exige
également d'observer les instructions de service
prescrites par le constructeur, telles que
l'utilisation des accessoires originaux, ainsi que
d'effectuer régulièrement des opérations
d'entretien, de maintenance et de réparation.
Des modifications arbitraires sur le capteur com-
biné excluent toute responsabilité du construc-
teur pour les dommages qui pourraient en résul-
ter.
Pour une utilisation conforme aux dispositions,
toutes les instructions de ce manuel de montage
et de réglages doivent être observées.
L'interface CAN du capteur peut seulement être
connectée aux systèmes de porte 20 ou aux
commandes de porte appropriées des autres
familles de mécanismes. N'utiliser que les câbles
fournis par record.
Toute opération de montage, de maintenance ou
de réparation ne peut être effectuée que par des
spécialistes fermés et habilités.
