To remove, press the button on the battery and slide it out of the socket.
To insert the battery, align the battery contacts with the grooves in the
socket and slide it in until the mounting button audibly clicks into place.
Battery charging
The battery should be charged when the ambient temperature is 4 - 40 °
C. A new battery or one that has not been used for a long time will become
fully operational after approximately 3 - 5 charging and discharging cycles.
Remove the battery from the device.
• Plug the charger into a 230 V AC socket. After switching on, a green
diode will light up on the charger, which indicates that the voltage is
connected.
• After placing the battery in the charger, the red diode will light, which
indicates that the battery charging process is in progress.
• After the battery is fully charged, the LED on the charger turns green.
• The charger will not turn off automatically after the battery is fully
charged. The green LED on the charger will remain on until it is
disconnected from the power supply.
The battery should not be charged for more than 8 hours. Exceeding this
time may damage the battery cells. The charger will not turn off
automatically when the battery is fully charged. Disconnect the power
supply before removing the battery from the charger socket. Avoid
successive short recharges. Do not recharge the batteries after using the
device for a short time. A significant decrease in the time between
necessary charges indicates that the battery is worn out and should be
replaced.
The batteries will heat up during the charging process. Do not start work
immediately after charging - wait for the battery to reach room
temperature. This will prevent damage to the battery.
Battery charge status indication
The battery is equipped with a charge status indicator (3 LEDs). In order
to check the battery charge status, press the button indicating the battery
charge status. All the LEDs are on to indicate that the battery is high. Two
LEDs light up to indicate a partial discharge. Only 1 LED flashes means
the battery is empty and needs to be recharged
Turn on / off
After the battery is properly seated in the socket, slide the lock switch
forward and press the switch to turn on the device. The device is turned
off when the pressure on the switch is released. When the machine is
turned off, the lock switch will automatically return to its original position
(fig. A).
Assembly - general remarks
Note: Make sure the tool is turned off and the battery removed before
mounting blades and accessories.
Note: When changing the blades, wear gloves that protect against cuts.
Note: When replacing the blades, do not wipe the grease off the gearbox.
Disassembling the trimmer blades:
1. Turn the device upside down.
2. Press the button on the bottom of the device and remove the cover
(fig. B).
3. Lift the trimmer blade up to remove it (fig. C).
Assembly is in reverse order. The blades should make a "clicking" noise
as they are put in place (fig. D, E).
Note: Never use the device with the cover removed!
The assembly and disassembly of the hedge trimmer and rakes is
performed analogously.
Trimming grass
• Remove all branches, stones, debris, and weeds from the area
before trimming.
• Hold the device with a firm grip. The plane of the blades should be
parallel to the ground.
• Watch out for obstacles such as branches or railings.
• Trim with small fragments. Do not overload the device. Slow or
intermittent operation of the device indicates that the tool is
overloaded.
• Do not trim wet grass.
• In the case of longer grass, trim it in small pieces until the required
height is reached.
Trimming the hedge
Note: Do not allow the working shears to come into contact with hard
elements such as metal fragments of the fence. This may chip the blades
and injure the operator.
Note: Do not allow the working shears to come into contact with the
ground.
Note: Maintain a stable position when working. Work with the ladder
adhering to the safety rules.
Note: Wear protective goggles when working.
• Grasp the scissors with a firm grip.
• Start the tool and move it in both directions, parallel to the cutting
plane.
• Trim at a moderate speed. The tool should travel approx. 1 m in 3 -
4 seconds.
Loosening the soil
Grab with moderate force. Be careful not to overload the device. Use
protective glasses to protect against sand and dust.
MAINTENACE AND STORING
• The device should be cleaned with a dry cloth, or with a damp, well
wrung out cloth.
• Do not use gasoline, alcohol or chemicals to clean the unit. It may
damage the device.
• Before starting work and every hour during work, lubricate the
blades with low viscosity oil / grease.
• After finishing work, clean the blades with a wire brush, wipe them
with a dry cloth and lubricate them.
• Do not immerse the blades in water. It may cause corrosion.
• Dirt and corrosion will increase friction in the mechanism and reduce
battery life.

Information on noise and vibration
The level of noise emitted by the device is described by: the level of
the emitted sound pressure L
K is the measurement uncertainty). The vibrations emitted by the
device are described by the value of the vibration acceleration
a
(where K is the measurement uncertainty).

accordance with EN 62841-1:2015. The given vibration level a
be used to compare devices and for a preliminary assessment of
vibration exposure.
The stated vibration level is representative only for the basic use of
the device. If the machine is used for different applications or with
different working tools, the vibration level may change. The higher
level of vibrations will be influenced by insufficient or too rare
maintenance of the device. The reasons given above may result in an
increased exposure to vibration during the entire period of operation.
To accurately estimate exposure to vibration, consider periods when
the equipment is turned off or when it is turned on but not in
use. After all factors have been carefully assessed, the overall
vibration exposure may be significantly lower.
