Mounting the Aergo bars on the bike:
1 - Position the required riser spacers (42/43) on the
bridge (6) then install the armrest cradle supports (5
on the right and 4 on the left).
2 - Tighten the screws (7) to a torque of 6Nm.
3 - Place the armrest cradles (3) on their brackets
and adjust to the required angle.
4 - Install your extension bars according to the
manufacturer's instructions, then fit them to the
respective cradle (3).
5 - Position the upper plates (2) in the extension
bars, then tighten the screws (1) to a torque of 6Nm.
IMPORTANT : If dismantling/reassembling,
apply a drop of medium threadlocker (such as
LOCTITE 243™) to each screw.
COMPUTER MOUNT ASSEMBLY
NOTE : The computer mount is compatible with
Garmin and Wahoo devices.
1 - Pre-assemble your computer mount by choosing
the appropriate mounting bracket for your computer
manufacturer.
2 - In the kit supplied with the bike, you will find two
screws: one to adjust the angle of your computer
and the other to secure the bracket to the extension
bar. Assemble the computer mount as shown in the
diagram.
3 - Spacers and screws are available should you
wish to offset your computer mount. Place the
spacer between the computer mount body and
the toothed washer. Secure using the appropriate
length screw.
4 - Insert the computer mount onto the extension bar
of your choice and secure it with the upper screw.
5 - Remount the extension bar.
