7 - Place the 11s/12s converter on the e-tube
coming from the battery and add a 500mm e-tube.
(If you are unsure of the lengths, please refer to the
routing diagram).
8 - Insert the bearings with the chamfered sides
facing the frame, and fit the compression ring (see
Headset Assembly).
9 - Insert the front brake hose through the left fork
leg and exit through the top of the head tube (dark
blue hose).
10 - Slide a pre-prepared, 510mm foam tube onto
the rear brake hose.
11 - Route the rear brake hose through the steerer
tube.
Leave the 11/12s converter in the down tube.
Run the e-tube around the steerer tube and up
through the compression ring.
12 - Insert the double Y harness into the basebar,
ensuring the longest length is on the right-hand grip
side and the shortest length on the left-hand grip
side. Push the junction through the opening located
under the basebar. (If in doubt, please refer to the
routing diagram).
13 - Push the brake hoses through the basebar
before placing the basebar onto the steerer tube.
14 - Install the riser accessories and extension bars
(see Extension Bar Assembly).
15.1 - Insert the e-tube through the top of the
extension grip and along the underside of the
extension as far as the hole (you can use a piece of
adhesive tape to secure the cables).
15.2 - Push the e-tube out into the dip of the armrest
and through the circular hole at the back of the
extension.
15.3 - Place the e-tube in the V (6) that supports
the extension bars and add the cover only once you
have routed both bars.
15.4 - Insert the e-tube into the risers on the
extension bridge and push it out through the
opening under the basebar.
15.5 - Repeat the procedure for the 2nd extension
bar.
NOTE : Use two 1000m e-tubes (see Routing
Diagram)
