EXTENSION BRIDGE ASSEMBLY
1 - Fit the basebar onto the steerer tube.
2 - Insert the required number of riser spacers
(8/9/10).
3 - Position the extension bridge (6).
If you wish to install a bottle holder, install the bottle
holder support (23) and your bottle holder using the
screws provided (22), tightened to a torque of 3Nm.
4 - Fit the mounting bracket (12) then tighten the
screws (21) to a torque of 8 Nm.
5 - Route the cables and install the V-shaped cable
cover (24) and the basebar routing cover (13), then
tighten the screws (14) to a torque of 3Nm.
IMPORTANT : If dismantling/reassembling,
apply a drop of medium threadlocker (such as
LOCTITE 243™) to each screw.
NOTE : Please refer to the table for the correct
screw length (21). Please note that the table
does not take into account the height of the bottle
holder (23).

EXTENSION BAR ASSEMBLY
Aergo Bar Assembly (applies to both sides):
1 - Place the grip on the end of the extension bar.
2 - Position the nut and support plate, then tighten
the screws to 8Nm.
3 - Fit the computer mount if you wish, then
insert the unit into the armrest.
4 - Position the lower plate in the triangular recess
in the armrest
5 - Position the upper plate according to the required
position and tighten the screws to a torque of 8Nm.
6 - Follow the instructions below to mount the Aergo
bars on the bike.
IMPORTANT : For more information on fitting
and adjusting the Aergo bars, please refer to the
