12. GUARANTEE
The statutory warranty periods valid on the date of purchase apply. Defects and damage caused
by improper handling are not covered by the warranty. Warranty claims shall be asserted against
your installation company.
Take-back guarantee:
perma-trade Wassertechnik GmbH offers a take-back guarantee of 24 months from the date of
installation. If, for reasons that are not based on a technical defect, the warranty described in
chapter 1 PURPOSE OF USE, perma-trade will take back the unit within 24 months from the date
of installation and refund the purchase price.
Prerequisite for claiming the take-back guarantee:
The permasolvent primus 2.1 water treatment system PT-P25-2.1 or PT-P40-2.1 must be
registered free of charge in the "my perma-trade" app or at www.perma-trade.de within four
weeks of installation. For the large units PT-P40-2-2.1 or PT-P40-3.2.1 it is mandatory to order and
carry out a commissioning at perma-trade for a fee in order to be entitled to the take-back
guarantee. If warranty claims are asserted, perma-trade Wassertechnik GmbH must generally be
consulted for a professional assessment.

13. NOTES ON DISPOSAL
