Notifications

7.1

Pictograms

Notifications are displayed as pictograms. If there are many notifications, washing will still be possible but the end wash result will be
impaired. Please therefore rectify any notification as soon as possible. If you cannot rectify the notification, contact an authorised ser-
vice technician.
By tapping the pictogram, additional information will appear on the display.
Cause / meaning
Lack of rinse aid
Lack of detergent
Upper wash field does not rotate
Lower wash field does not rotate
For warewashers with an integrated softener:
Lack of salt
Warewasher with external partial demineralisation
cartridge:
Partial demineralisation cartridge used up
Warewasher with external full demineralisation cart-
ridge:
Full demineralisation cartridge used up
Open the door
Lack of water
Energy optimisation active
Service interval expired
Strainer clogged
Descaling required
Error in external water treatment device
Various
Reverse osmosis deactivated
Activated carbon filter used up

Displaying the error code for a serious error

If a serious error occurs, washing is no longer possible and a red bar appears at the top of the display:

Remedy
Refill the integrated storage tank (} page 71) or replace the canister (}
page 71) and prime the dosing device.
Remove the obstruction or clean or descale the jet (} page 69).
Contact an authorised service technician.
Ensure the wash field is engaged correctly.
Remove the obstruction or clean or descale the jet (} page 69).
Contact an authorised service technician.
Fill the salt container with regeneration salt. The display disappears after
filling the salt container after approx. 3 wash cycles have been completed
and some of the salt has dissolved.
Replace the partial demineralisation cartridge. Reset the water count-
down meter (} page 54).
Have the resin of the full demineralisation cartridge replaced by an au-
thorised service technician. Reset the water countdown meter (} page
54).
Close the door.
Open the water supply.
Have the dirt trap cleaned by a service technician or have a new dirt trap
installed.
Have the solenoid valve repaired by an authorised service technician.
Wait until the local energy optimisation activates the warewasher.
Contact an authorised service technician.
Clean the strainer and restart the programme.
Start the descaling programme (} page 52).
Check the water treatment device.
Tap the pictogram and note the error code. Contact an authorised service
technician.
Contact an authorised service technician.
Change the activated carbon filter (} page 73) and reset the activated
carbon counter (} page 54).
