10. Loosen the flange screw without M6 ratchet
on the end cap (A).
11. Pull the tensioning rope out of the side
channel's bottom chamber and keep it taut in
the direction of the guttering (B).
12. Remove the end cap from the side channel
in the direction of the guttering (C).
13. The system is now loosened.
Disassembling the side channels
14. Loosen and remove the side channel's end
caps.
15. Remove the "bracket covers" from all side
channel brackets, for example, by levering
them out through the hole at the side using a
screwdriver (A).
16. Slightly loosen the M6 flange nuts on all the
side channel brackets and move them to one
side together with the 28x28x4 mm carriage
(B) so that the side channel can be
removed.
Removing the cassette and placing it on the
top side (bottom of casing facing upwards)
17. Remove the "headplate bracket covers" on
both sides of the unit; for example, by
levering them out through the hole at the
side using a screwdriver (A).
18. Loosen the M6 flange nut from the headplate
brackets (B) and pull it out of the groove so
that the cassette can be detached.
19. Detach cassette.
20. Place the cassette on the top of the housing
(LEDs facing upwards) on suitable stands.
