Lubricate the installed lathe chuck at least once per week.
Lubricating
The used lubricant should be of high quality and provided for
high pressure bearing surfaces. The lubricant should with-
stand the coolant and other chemicals.
Lubricate the bearing position (6), size 6001, with a grease
that is resistant to coolant and other chemicals. Closed and
permanently lubricated bearings need not be lubricated.
