p) Selecting function for AUX output
The code lock features an additional AUX output (NO contact, or normally open contact). It can
have various applications. Further programming, which is described in the following subsec-
tions, may be required depending on the selected function.
Proceed as follows:
• Enter the master code twice to start the programming mode, as described in section 8. a).
The yellow LED must light up.
• Enter the programming code to select the AUX output function:
• The code lock will emit 2 beeps.
• Select the desired function:
= The AUX output is disabled.
= The AUX output is activated when the door remains open. For example, this function
can be used together with an alarm system. The door should be equipped with a door contact
such as a magnetic switch (brown cable, "reed"). The AUX output remains activated for as
long as the door remains open and the door contact is interrupted. The LED flashes yellow
and red alternately.
= The AUX output is activated for a preset time when the protective function is triggered
(see section 8. l). The LED lights up red when the AUX output is enabled.
