When moulding along the grain the
stock clamp can be used as a stop
for the sliding carriage:
Slide stock clamp (86) in the guide
extrusion of the fence (87) as illus-
trated and push pin (88) down.
When the pin contacts the edge of
the table, the stop is set and the
stock clamp can be locked.

Adapt all safety devices and operat-
ing elements to the workpiece.

Work workpiece by moving the slid-
ing carriage.
Set-in work:
With set-in work, do not mould the work-
piece to the full depth required in the first
pass. Make several passes. Limit the
height adjustment of the cutter spindle
with the stop.

Cut a hole at each end of the slot.
3.
Cut further holes inbetween, at a
distance approx. equal the width of
the slot.
4.
Remove the remaining material by
moving the workpiece along the cut-
ter fence.
5.
Make further passes to cut the slot
to the desired depth.

− Switch machine OFF.
− Unplug.
− Wait until machine has come to a
