1. Ensure that the appliance is switched off, meaning the temperature regulator is
set to OFF. The display will state „OFF" and „0". Then, pull the power plug from
the socket.
2. Let the grill with hot plates and grease drip tray cool out completely.
Caution: Only pack the appliance away if it is cold, clean and completely dry.
3. Reinstall the clean, dry hot plates back in the appliance.
4. Push the clean and dry grease drip tray back into the appliance.
5. Close the appliance and set the lever for closing and opening (L) to „LOCK". The
two hot plates are now locked.
6. Wind the power cord around the cord wrap at the bottom of the machine.
7. Keep the appliance horizontally or vertically in a dry, dark place.

• If the notice „Err" is displayed in the LCD screen, please proceed as follows:
1. Pull the power plug from the wall socket.
2. Check if the grill is completely cold.
3. Check if the hot plates are correctly installed
into the appliance.
4. Reconnect the power plug to the wall socket.
5. The error message „Err" should not be dis-
played anymore.
6. If „Err" is still displayed, bring the appliance to
Solis or an authorised Solis service centre.
