A Heat insulated handle
B 2 hot plates, ribbed and even
Non-stick, aluminium cast hot plates for healthy grilling without oil and fat;
can be independently removed from the appliance by press of a button;
dishwasher-proof.
The ribbed hot plate is ideal for grilling meat.
The even hot plate is perfectly suited to preparing fried eggs, pancakes,
vegetables and potato dishes.
C Plate release for the bottom hot plate (PLATE RELEASE)
The two hot plates can be removed independently from each other and be
switched over. The button on the control panel unlocks the bottom hot plate.
D Grease drip tray; can be removed for easy cleaning. In the fully extended
grill position, the grease drip tray drains the fat from both hot plates.
E 30 minute timer with sound signal
The button in the centre of the regulator activates the countdown timer.
F Temperature unit conversion button
For switching the temperature display from standard setting „Celsius" to
„Fahrenheit".
G Temperature- and Function-LCD screen
In Standby mode the display shines blue, in heating and grilling phases, it will
be orange. It displays: Set temperature, heating phase, timer and grilling
power.
H Temperature regulator (160°C to 230°C)
For setting the desired temperature at steps of 5°C, from 160°C to 230°C (as
indicated on the LCD screen). „LOW" for low temperatures, „PANINI" for
sandwich making and „SEAR" for grilling power.
I Cord Wrap for reeling in the power cord
The power cord can be wound up on the bottom of the grill. When using
the grill, the power cord has to be unwound completely and guided through
the backside cable guide.
J Tilt lever for bottom hot plate
In the „FLAT" position the bottom hot plate is flat. Only little fat will
drain (ideal for preparing eggs, pancakes etc.). In the „ANGLE" position,
the bottom hot plate is tilted to increase the amount of fat draining into
the drip tray, f.e. when preparing meat.
